Laugh your socks off whilst celebrating British Humour with some of the funniest British fiction for children and teenagers. Works of funny fiction chosen by the group will be explored and new stories created using a range of art forms.
The Pageturners Hilarious Books Experience is a chance to:
- Take part in a series of weekly workshops based around funny fiction. The group will choose a book from a fantastic selection.
- Explore the story each week using drama, art, creative writing, games, debates and discussion - all depending on the groups preferences.
- Create their own comedies, funny stories and hilarious characters in lots of different ways (not necessarily through writing!).
- Have fun and discover new fiction.

Material costs: Approx£3 per participant for books but could liaise with libraries to arrange availability
